PLR Lime, www.plrlime.com does not create or enforce any maximum sales price; however, some of the product creators have minimum prices in which you may sell a product. Please read each license carefully. Prices that may be displayed on our website are only offered as suggested retail prices. You, the customer or the member may sell permitted items higher than the suggested price. It is extremely important for members to abide by the licensing rules and restrictions that have been set in place by the creators. In the future, we may decide to restrict parts of our website, such as the PLR Academy and reserve full rights to do so. This may happen once the academy is upgraded to include videos, etc. for VIP members.

All prices are in USD and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time without further notice.

Members agree that they will NOT share or distribute their log in information, such as Usernames and Passwords under any circumstances. PLR Lime, www.plrlime.com, can terminate membership without notice or refund if it is found that any user shares or distributes login information.
PLR Lime, www.plrlime.com, does not have access to login information such as your username and password. If you misplace or forget your login information, you can have it reset by you only.
Termination:
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason at any time. The agreement will automatically and immediately terminate without notice should you violate any terms of this agreement. Violating our Terms and Conditions, Copyrights, or any of our licensing restrictions, will result in termination of membership, and forfeiture of all reseller licenses, without notice or refund. Furthermore, use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Legal Agreement and Terms and Conditions.
Members MUST agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding use of the www.plrlime.com website. Members must understand that their membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
NOTE: You may ONLY request a refund within your first 7-days of your first payment as a VIP member. Recurring payments are non-refundable. There are NO REFUNDS on single products and bundles purchased outside of the membership.

PLR Lime, www.plrlime.com, makes absolutely no warranties, either express or implied and specifically does not warrant fitness for specific purpose or warranty of merchantability of any product or service whatsoever.

Communications from PLR Lime
By joining PLR Lime, www.plrlime.com, you give us permission to contact you periodically via email with regards to your membership, updates on new products, and training. If you wish to no longer receive communications from us, you will need to either cancel your membership or unsubscribe from our email list. If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby. PLR Lime reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time.
Strict No SPAM Policy
Please do NOT use our services to send any sort of spam communications! SPAM shall include, but is not limited to, the sending of any electronic mail message with the primary purpose of which is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service (including content on an Internet website operated for a commercial purpose). The term `commercial electronic mail message’ does not include a transactional or relationship message.
DO NOT include ANY reference to PLR Lime, www.plrlime.com, in any such correspondence. Anyone reported to www.plrlime.com for sending SPAM will be immediately reported to the FTC for violation of the CAN SPAM act of 2003.
